On the side is a leaf lettuce salad with sprouts, sweet onion, and diced tomato, dressed with Italian vinaigrette and some freshly ground black pepper. It's also incredibly cheap and a complete protein and easy to m ake. It's also also considered by Ayurveda to be perfect for infants, the elderly, and the ill because it's nourishing and easy to digest. I've never really had any problems digesting things, as far as I can tell, but kitchdi is definitely comfort food.
