Women pay more attention on their appearance and build. Women are much weaker than the men since their physiological structures are different from that of men. And the women would become old more quickly than that of men after grown up. So they would pay more attention on their health.
Foods take an important role to keep human being healthy. There are some foods are good to the people especially the women. Now I will introduce ten top foods which are good to women’s health. Some of them help women to become much healthier. Some of them help women become more beautiful. And even some of them would help women to looks much younger.
Spinach is one of the best vegetables for women. It helps you prevent from some blood diseases. And it is the best vegetable to give the nutrient which your brain needs. The office ladies work a whole day to prove themselves. They need enough nutrients to make themselves stronger. Do you remember the cartoon Popeye the Sailor Men? Spinach is Popeye’s favorite food and it makes him strong enough to save others in trouble.
Carrot is the best food to make you live longer. It contains a great amount of Vitamin A which is good for your eyes. Carrot is such a food could make people live longer. There is another kind of food Chinese potato which is good to women’s health. It is a food which has the anticancer function. And it is good for the skin of women.
Blueberries are sweet and loaded with vitamin C and immune-boosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production to help keep skin smooth and supple. Berries also help combat toxins in the body and free radicals, those nasty molecules that cause skin to age prematurely.
Tomatoes are full of fiber and vitamin A, which aids in the development of skin cells and the maintenance of skin cell health. A vitamin A deficiency can lead to dry skin. And tomatoes have lots of lycopene, which studies have shown helps protect the skin from UV stress (you still don’t want to forgo the sunscreen).
Banana is loaded with potassium which helps you to get ride of the useless water in your body. Banana is also a good food for you to keep slim. And it has another function to resist the radiation. Banana could help you make your legs more charming. You may be afraid to wear the evening dress any more with the help of bananas. The most important function is that it helps you become happier.
Oyster is also a good choice for the women. In addition to being a low-fat source of protein, which is great for healthy hair, shellfish contains high amounts of zinc, a mineral that can help prevent acne, boost your immune system and aid healing, Simpson says. Shellfish also contains B vitamins, which can make hair look shinier.
Pumpkin seeds have lots of vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that helps slow down skin aging, and those omega-3 fatty acids that keep your skin smooth and your hair shiny. Studies also have shown them to reduce the appearance of acne and other skin problems.
Orange is the most popular fruits among women around the world. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that mops up free radicals, such as those produced by overexposure to the sun, that lead to the premature aging of skin. It also contains bioflavonoid, which promotes stronger collagen in the skin. Collagen helps skin look young and plump.

Good Food/Good 'Fruit'
Image by ashley.adcox He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Psalm 1: 3-4 I've always liked this verse. I think it packs a lot of information into a handful of words. I should be able to look at my life, and look at my relationships and tell where I am with God. ...and, unfortunately, I can...and I'm not bearing the freshest apples in the barrel! When a plant is well nourished it produces good fruit. When a follower of Christ is well nourished, good stuff follows them. It's evident in the way they live. And I don't even mean that in a "good things happen to you" kind of way...at ALL. But rather, when I was spending time with God, I was able to see the difference in myself in talking to friends, or making decisions, or whatever the situation might have been. I haven't been producing much of anything lately. I've thrown out my fair share of rotten apples, but I think for the most part, it's just been a dry season- I've just filled up space, not really impacting things for better or for worse (which, with that being said, you always know if you're not impacting something for the better, you're impacting it for the worse!) When I place myself in God's word, and draw on that for my nourishment, it shows. It shows in the way I spend my time, in the way I treat people, and in my moods. I'm tired of feeding myself on spiritual sugar. A quick high, and a hard crash that leaves me lethargic and apathetic. I want to be firmly planted and healthy, not withering and wind-blown 🙂 __________________________ So I've wanted to get back in to spending time with God lately, but it just hasn't felt right. (haha...now THERE'S a sign that says I really SHOULD get back into it lol)...but...okay- I worded that wrong. I've been doing the deliberatePeople. study on and off for 3 years now, and it just didn't feel 'right' to go back to doing it in that way, so...I was kind of confused. I gave some thought to it, and really tried to figure out what my hesitation was, because it was a feeling I hadn't really felt before- it wasn't an "excuse" feeling like I shoot out all the time, but just an honest "nah...that just doesn't seem like where I need to be right now" kind of thing. And I think I figured it out. I've been using someone else's plan. A good plan, no doubt- one that I've benefitted heavily from...but...I need to make it my own. For instance- Phil is a songwriter. He writes songs based on what he's learning, based on how he's growing. I'm...well...I'm NOT a songwriter lol. I also think I put way too much emphasis on the journaling in the past. I would sometimes end up with pages of stuff, and then when I didn't, it felt like a waste- it was pretty ridiculous. So...I'm still going to use the dP. guide, just because I'm familiar with the schedule, and it works well for me, but I don't think I'm going to journal as much. Maybe jot down a few notes, but no real focus on journaling...because I never went back and read anything in the past anyways, and it was a big distraction for me. So what's my area? What's the change? I think I'm going to put a heavy emphasis on photography in it this time. I need to make it personal- that's what God is desperate for anyways! We're all individuals, with talents and interests that differ from one another, so it wouldn't make sense for us all to meet with God in the same way. I need to use what God has given me to better understand Him, to get to know Him better. It's only natural. I mean, I've had a lot of 'God moments' out of my photos before, but it was never a deliberate action of taking what I got from God and translating it into a photo somehow- it was more an afterthought. I guess it's like a new twist on Project 365...just...with Scripture as the foundation. I highly doubt I'll post all of them..but...I'm really excited about this. I think I was trying to live out someone else's plan for a while, and that just doesn't work too well. There are no rules or guidelines you have to follow to have a genuine relationship with God- in fact, when you start doing it by "rules and guidelines", and you end up paying more attention to sticking with that, that's when the relationship becomes a little LESS genuine. So it just makes sense to approach it utilizing the things God has given me a passion for. Photography is a big factor in my communication- with the world, with other people, and with myself...so it's only natural that it would continue on to be a huge line of communication between myself and my Creator.
