All you need are the following: A medium sized pumpkin, olive oil and salt.
1. Turn the oven on an preheat to 400 degrees F. Slice the pumpkin and then scoop the insides using a tough metal spoon. Detach the seeds from the inner core and the rinse well.
2. Place the seeds in a small saucepan and then add 2 cups of water for every cup seeds. Every cup of water must contain 1 tablespoon salt. Let it boil anf the simmer for about 10 minutes. Take the pan away from heat and drain well.

3. On the base of the cookie sheet, spread a tablespoon of olive oil. Place the seeds on the cookie sheet: spread them well in a layer. Put the cookie sheet on the upper rack and bake until the seeds turn brown (for approximately 20 minutes). After which, take them out of the oven and place on the cooling rack. Before eating let the seeds cool properly.
