Everyday our bodies are under attack and there is an actual war going on for our health and well- being at the cellular level. Knowing this, it is imperative to know what you can do to off set attack that can be detrimental to your immune system and overall health.
Free radicals are simply the bad guys who are attacking your body at the cellular level. They are on a mission to destroy every good cell you have in your body, thus opening the door to various sickness and diseases. They are released as a result of poor diet, stress, eating processed foods, eating various meats, taking in simple sugar, etc.
Have you ever wondered why some people look older than what they are? Ever wondered why disease is so prevalent in the world today? Free radicals and a lack of health education are the main two reasons. This is the bad news. Now it’s time to receive the goods news on how to beat free radicals on a daily basis.
Antioxidants are the good guys that are responsible for fighting off the bad guys at the cell level. Since our bodies only produce a small amount of antioxidants at a time, we need an abundance on a daily basis in order to fight off the bad guys.
Once we take in the right dosage and it becomes bioavailable (meaning it penetrates the cells in your body immediately), then the distorted cells in your body will soon become alive again, thus raising your immune system, which will eventually take your health through the roof in a positive way.

Image by SuperFantastic So, I have this friend, right? And she has a friend, one of those scientific researcher types. Now, this friend of a friend did some research on skin stuff-which of those fancy lotions and creams, excuse me, crémes, are the best for one's skin. What she found was that most are just really expensive and don't really do all that much. What did do a lot? Mashed cranberries. She said they put the highest level of antioxidants into the skin. Therefore, I decided I should try it. Um, I need to get my little hand blender because just putting them in the reg blended didn't seem to make them smooth enough and they kept falling off. Oh, well, at least I'll be beautiful!
